To connect to an online meeting, enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting organiser.
TeleHealth allows patients to have a secure consultation with Dr Nathan using an internet-based video and audio platform. It will be the same as having a consultation in his office without being physically present. Dr Nathan will not be able to perform a physical examination, which maybe required at a later date.

You will require a PC or Mac (desktop or laptop) or mobile device (iPad or Smartphone) that has built in video and audio functions or is connected to similar external devices. A standard ADSL Internet connection is also required.

Request an appointment – when filling the form, please select “TeleHealth Appointment (video conference)” from the “Consultation Type” field.

A referral from your GP or referring specialist is required as per usual.
Ahead of your appointment our administration staff will send you a simple code by email.
At your appointment time view the attend a booked consultation section, and simply insert the Meeting ID Number (you can copy and paste the number) and then click "Connect to TeleHealth".
There is no requirement for special software or hardware, however for first-time users, you will be prompted to install the GoToMeeting Client (or a free Pad / iPhone app, depending on your preferred device) when you connect with your consultation.

Patients may be eligible for a Medicare Telehealth rebate (initial consultation $109.10; review consultation $54.85) if at the time of the consultation, they are located within a Telehealth eligible area and at least 15km by road from Dr Nathan’s rooms. Please check with our receptionist for more information about eligibility.
